Solar RESCO · Zero Investment Model

Solar energy at your site.
Zero investment from you.

We design, finance, build, and own the solar plant at your facility. You pay a fixed rate per unit of electricity — always lower than your grid tariff. The asset transfers to you at PPA end, at no cost.

How It Works

The RESCO model
in three steps.

No upfront cost. No maintenance. No complexity. We own the plant — you own the saving. And at PPA end, you own everything.

01
Zero Investment From You

We install

We design, finance, and build the solar plant at your facility. Every component — panels, inverters, mounting structure, wiring, and grid connectivity — is funded and managed entirely by us.

02
Always Below Grid Tariff

You buy the electricity

You pay only for the electricity the plant generates, billed at a fixed rate lower than your current DISCOM tariff. No capital expenditure. No maintenance responsibilities. Just a lower electricity cost.

03
At No Additional Cost

You own the asset

At the end of the PPA, the solar plant transfers to you at no additional cost — a fully paid-off asset generating electricity at near-zero marginal cost for the remaining life of the plant.

Terms

What you
commit to.

We do not publish project-specific tariff rates. Your rate is established during the free site assessment, based on your location, irradiance, and load profile.

From textile factories to schools — solar installations commissioned across Haryana, Rajasthan, and beyond.

Timeline

From yes to solar bill —
in under six months.

We manage the entire process. Your only decision is whether to proceed.

Week 1–2
Free Site Assessment

We assess your roof or ground space, review your DISCOM bills, and prepare your detailed savings projection — at no charge and with no obligation.

Week 3–4
PPA Terms Agreed

We present the PPA terms and savings forecast. You review at your own pace — no pressure, no commitment until you're satisfied.

Week 5–8
SPV & Loan Sanction

We establish the project entity and secure all project financing. Nothing required from you at this stage — we handle the entire capital structure.

Week 8–24
EPC Execution

Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning — fully managed by our engineering team. All regulatory approvals included.

Day 1
✦  Your First Solar Bill

The plant goes live. Your electricity bill drops from Day 1 — at the agreed rate, always lower than your DISCOM tariff. Savings begin immediately.

Eligibility

Is RESCO
right for you?

Four criteria. Tick all four and we can start immediately. A free site assessment confirms everything before you commit to anything.

Peak electricity load ≥ 200 kW

RESCO is sized to your contracted demand. Facilities with a peak load of 200 kW or above are eligible. Smaller loads are served through other procurement channels.

Rooftop or ground space available

We need clear, unshaded area — rooftop, carport, or open ground — to install the panels. We assess and confirm viability during the free site visit.

Stable location for 7–10 years

A RESCO PPA is a 7–10 year agreement. The facility must be expected to remain operational at that location for the full PPA tenure.

Currently paying ₹6/unit or more

RESCO economics improve at higher grid tariffs. If you're paying ₹6/unit or above to your DISCOM, solar typically delivers meaningful, immediate savings from Day 1.

FAQ

Common questions
about RESCO.

What is RESCO?
RESCO stands for Renewable Energy Service Company. Under this model, we invest the capital, build the solar plant at your site, and sell you the electricity at a rate lower than your DISCOM tariff. You pay nothing upfront and own the asset at PPA end.
How much will I save on my electricity bill?
Typical savings range from 20–30% on your electricity bill from Day 1. The exact figure depends on your current DISCOM tariff, location, and consumption profile — we confirm this during the free site assessment.
What happens at the end of the PPA?
The solar plant transfers to you at no additional cost. You then own a fully depreciated asset that continues generating electricity for its remaining useful life (typically 10–15 years beyond PPA end) at near-zero marginal cost.
Who handles maintenance during the PPA?
We do — 100%. All operations and maintenance, including cleaning, inverter servicing, monitoring, and repairs, are our responsibility throughout the PPA period. You have zero maintenance obligations.
What is the difference between RESCO and EPC?
In RESCO, we invest the capital and you pay per unit — zero upfront cost but lower total savings over 25 years. In EPC, you invest the capital and own the plant from Day 1 — higher upfront cost but maximum long-term returns (18–24% IRR, illustrative).
Can I switch from RESCO to EPC later?
Not on the same plant — once a PPA is signed, the terms hold for the tenure. However, if you expand capacity in the future, you can choose EPC for the new installation while maintaining RESCO on the existing plant.
